This includes driving growth, maintaining client relationships, building new ones, and advising on deals.

• Lead debt capital markets origination and execution efforts.
• Provide advice and execute bond issuances for clients.
• Oversee deal teams during underwriting and due diligence.
• Manage production of offering memoranda and engagement letters.
• Conduct meetings with clients, pitch opportunities, and collaborate with bankers for new business development.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (required); Master's preferred.
  • 12+ years in business development, product management, or related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders.
