Provides leadership to the Production department through coaching and development of front-line Supervisors, driving a culture of safety, inclusion, engagement and accountability.
Remains accountable for production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including safety, quality, line efficiency, waste and downtime.
Tracks and reports on production data to evaluate performance against KPIs.
Drives continuous improvement by ensuring that LEAN tools and 5S are practiced in adherence to Manufacturing Transformation guidelines.Education and Work Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
5-7 years of hands-on management experience and direct manufacturing experience with a consumer baked goods company.
Leadership skills with a focus on associate development and accountability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products and ERP/MRP systems.
