Hirschbach & JCT have a tenured history paired with a future of growth and opportunity.Summary of Duties and Responsibilities The Director of Information Technology at Hirschbach Motor Lines will oversee the daily operations in Networking, Infrastructure and Cyber Security for over 2,000 users. This opportunity provides ongoing support to continually deliver best-in-class services for users across the platforms. Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeadership:

Provides leadership direction and planning for day-to-day operations. Works closely with management team to implement processes and provide solutions for the organization IT systems, IT infrastructure and network configurations. Maintains high levels of communication within and between various functional areas of the organization as well as with vendors and service providers. Schedule, organize and assign projects to IT team members accordingly. Mentors and develops team members. Operational Excellence:
Maintain, Design and Administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, system software, application software and all configurations. Maintain all disaster recovery plans and operations to perform periodic role swap and data backups. Develops and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss. Plan, coordinate and implement network security measures to protect data, software and hardware. Operate NOC to monitor and coordinate the performance of computer systems and network access and use. Gather data information pertaining to customer needs to identify, predict, interpret and evaluate system and network requirements. Maintain, analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot all equipment performance records to determine the need for repair and replacement. Coordinate multisite IT systems via Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)Perform other duties as assigned. Talent Requirements and Skills:
Demonstrates an "All In to Win" attitude and displays self-motivation and a strong desire to learn within an unpredictable and demanding environment.Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.3-5 years of experience of working in Networking, Infrastructure and Security Experience in maintaining, implementation and configuration of Azure Cloud and AD Connect. Comprehensive expertise in Exchange, PowerShell scripting, Office 365 and Active Directory. Experience working with cyber security systems, audits and investigations. Ability to provide inspired leadership and drives coordinated, metrics-driven results and results orientated culture of accountability throughout the organization. Our Vision:
