The Director will provide individual counseling & life coaching services, referrals and educational programming that meets the needs of students, serve as a resource for students, faculty and staff, and work to develop a campus culture of wellness and well-being.Qualifications: Master's degree in counseling, social work or other closely related field and at least three years counseling experience required. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and supervisory skills, knowledge of student development and related issues. Good conceptual grasp of psychopathology, adolescent and adult development, and experience working with diverse cultures.
