Executive Vice President of SalesFor 80+ years, Hirschbach Motor

opportunity.Summary of Duties and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the
Chief Commercial Officer, the Executive Vice President of Sales is
responsible for leading and working directly with the sales team to
achieve revenue goals and objectives through both and individual
contribution and the leadership of the organization's sales
team.This opportunity provides ongoing operational strategy to
continually deliver best-in-class services to our customers and
team of professional drivers.Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:Leadership:
- Provides senior level direction and monitoring of sales
operations and performance to ensure sales targets are met and/or
exceeded
- Establish and oversee OTR, Dedicated and Logistics sales
account relationships
- Provides ongoing service to existing clients by maintaining
high customer service and identifying incremental sales
opportunities with existing customer base
- Works closely with the senior management team to address
potential strategic operating issues.Implements action plans to
solve organizational and/or departmental problems.
- Creates and fosters a positive environment for drivers,
customers, and employees in order to achieve Best in Class
Service
- Maintains high levels of communications within and between
various functional areas of responsibility as well as with
customers including Dedicated, Over the Road and Spotting
accounts
- Provides inspired leadership and drives coordinated,
metrics-driven results and a results-oriented culture of
accountability throughout the organization
- Mentors and develops team membersTalent Requirements and
Skills:
- 7-10 years of truckload transportation experience, paired with
other relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy and
energy.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Computer proficiency and ability to navigate between multiple
programs.
- Demonstrates an "All In to Win" attitude and displays
self-motivation and a strong desire to learn within an
