We are currently searching for a Senior Reliability & Maintainability Engineer to join our team in Richardson, TX or Cedar Rapids, IA. What YOU will do: S upport s program development through the application of reliability and maintainability techniques. P articipate s in all phases of program life cycle , utilizing reliability and maintainability methodologies as they apply in our systems engineering processes in accordance with military standards such as MIL-HDBK-217, MIL-HDBK-338B, MIL-HDBK-470, MIL-STD-1629A . Provides support to reliability and maintainability modeling and predictions analysis, testability analysis, maintainability and built-in-test demonstrations, environmental testing, FMEA/FMECA , and FRACAS. Provides input to the development of Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability & Maintainability analysis and predictions, Reliability Critical Items List, and Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) Serve as a Reliability & Maintainability representative to engineering and business leadership Qualifications Y OU Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret after start.
