the Data Link product line? This role supports the development and
sustainment activities associated with the Collins Aerospace
commercial avionics Data Link product line. In addition to the
software development activities, this role also leads the
sustainment of our Commercial Avionics hardware platform. Join our

the most advanced avionics solutions in the world. What You Will
Do: The Product Manager is accountable for Commercial Avionics Data
Link products and SW sustainment and roadmaps. Primary
responsibilities for this position include strategic planning for
assigned products, leading a product management team to maintain
production flow, execution of obsolescence projects, and promoting
cross-business product synergies to support business unit
objectives. Qualified candidates should have a strong background in
avionics products and project management. Candidates will also
balance technical knowledge and business acumen to manage assigned
product. This leadership position reports to the Director of the
Communication Portfolio and is an active participant on the

external networks Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires
a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of
experience Aerospace industry experience Qualifications We Prefer:
Program management skills with a strong history building
relationships in a matrix organization to lead cross functional
teams Operations management experience, on-time-delivery, process
control/improvement, manufacturing yield and throughput
improvements Strengths around KPI benchmarking and leading teams to
achieve desired results Proven ability to work independently and

for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range
provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience
