U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Security Clearance Type: DoD Clearance: Secret Security Clearance Status: Active and existing security clearance required after day 1 The Mission Hardware team is seeking a determined and passionate Senior Electrical Engineer with emphasis in digital, mixed-signal, and high-speed processing designs that will be responsible for developing technical solutions for a wide range of projects and products that cover the entire product life cycle, including proposal, design, manufacture, integration, test, and transition to production of various types of military ruggedized electronic equipment. The candidate will work with minimal direction or supervision while exercising a strong sense of urgency and their own latitude in determining the technical objectives of the assignment. What You Will Do Design, analysis, simulation, test, and integration of digital electronic modules and/or circuit card assemblies (CCAs) Circuit card design includes hardware designs with processors, FPGAs, memory, and industry interfaces, such as PCIe, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, and UART. Requirements capture management and verification for small to medium electronic packaging circuit cards. Prepare and present project technical information to peers and internal/external customers Identifies and addresses project & factory problems (Root Cause) and recommends resolutions (Corrective Actions) to ensure the successful completion and On-Time Delivery Schematic Capture and Printer Wiring Board layout design experience Facilitates project tasks between cross-functional integrated product teams to ensure alignment with overall project objectives and team collaboration What You Will Learn Learn, discover and expand your knowledge about aerospace navigation & communication systems and other various engineering disciplines You will learn about the Resilient Connectivity Products (RCP) organization in Mission Systems and the large array of products supporting the Connected Battle Space. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
