LOCATION: Prairie du Chien ABOUT THE POSITION Responsible for plant
set-up, maintenance, and repairs with minimal supervision.
Deliverables & Responsibilities · Must be fully competent in all
aspects of fabrication and assembly of major asphalt equipment with
minimal supervision. · Must be fully experienced in plant assembly
and operation specifications. · Must be able to build A/C Piping
and Hot Oil Piping. · Ability to work at heights. · Must be able to
read set-up prints and lay out a jobsite. · Ability to read and
comprehend set-up drawings and subassembly drawings. · Rigging and
crane knowledge is required. · Must be physically able to perform
all aspects of the job in outdoor conditions, i.e. climbing with
fall protection and training, standing for long periods, and
exposure to extreme elements and harsh conditions. · Follow company
policies and procedures at all times. · Follow proper safety rules
and procedures at all times. · Perform other duties as assigned. To
be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are: ·
High school diploma or equivalent certification required. · 2 years
of related experience required · Welding experience required. ·
Ability to work in high situations without physical/mental
limitations required. · Ability to read and comprehend set-up
drawings and subassembly drawings required. · Must be a team player
with other employees. · Must be able to travel! · Needs to have
great customer service skills when dealing with the customers

of travel, regional, international Manufacturing Environment Shop
manufacturing environment exposures include exposure to moving
mechanical parts, machinery, tools and equipment, vibration, fumes
or airborne particles, motorized vehicles, welding and machining
operations, outside weather conditions and exposure to the risk of
electric shock. The employee may occasionally be exposed to varying
levels of dirt, dust, toxic or caustic chemicals, very warm and/or
very chilly temperatures. The noise level in the shop can be very
loud at times consistent with an industrial assembly facility and
