We are looking for an Enterprise Application Integrations Engineer
who can oversee the operational support systems engineering needs
at OpenGov. This role is also responsible for planning and
coordinating the processes and activities related to the technical
development, delivery and integration of OpenGov's enterprise
applications as required to meet the businesses needs. They will
work with a combined team of Business Systems Administrators, Data
Engineers, and Operations Specialists to keep our processes
maintained, automated and efficient. This role places an emphasis
on building for scale, process automation, systems integration,
technical skills, project management, data management, systems
management, and planning.
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced integrations
engineer with a strong technical background that spans multiple
enterprise business applications. This person must have
demonstrable experience building and maintaining enterprise level
system configurations, data, custom code and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with key stakeholders and internal teams to
understand business requirements and objectives related to systems
integration.* Design, develop, and maintain integration workflows
using Workato, SnapLogic, Fivetran and other integration tools to
ensure data synchronization and automation across systems.*
Configure and manage integration points between Snowflake,
NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Atlassian and other business tools.*
Create custom connectors and adaptors as needed to connect diverse
systems.* Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure
data accuracy, performance, reliability and scalability.*
Collaborate with data engineering to develop custom scripts or code
when required to enhance integration capabilities.* Conduct regular
audits and performance assessments to identify areas for
improvement and optimization.* Provide technical support and
expertise to resolve integration-related issues.* Stay up-to-date
with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend
improvements and implement best practices.* Document current
integration pipelines to provide visibility to the business and
provide a roadmap for future enhancements and integrations (as-is
and. to-be)
Must Have:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field.* Proven experience (2+ years) working as a Business
Systems Integration Engineer.* Proven experience (3+ years) working
as a Business Systems Administrator/Engineer.* Proven experience
(2+ years) with Workato for building integration workflows.*
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday,
and Atlassian products.* Strong understanding of API integrations,
RESTful APIs, and web services.* Knowledge of scripting languages
(e.g., Python, JavaScript) for customization and automation.*
Extensive technical experience with system analysis,
administration, architecture and data structure* Excellent
problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.* Ability to
work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.* Strong communication skills to interact effectively
with clients and team members.* Ability to think strategically and
organize information from multiple sources* Self-motivated,
passionate and driven* Superb verbal and written communication
skills
Nice to Have:
* Enterprise system experience working with Pendo, Mavenlink,
Gainsight, Segment, Marketo and Outreach* Certifications in Workato
automations* Experience working with additional iPaaS technologies
such as Celigo, Boomi, Mulesoft and Snaplogic.* Relevant
certifications in integration platforms (Workato, Snaplogic, etc)
and tools (optional).* System migration experience
