RFA Engineering - -is seeking several growth-oriented entry level to experienced candidates to be part of our engineering team at our customer's facility in Dubuque, Iowa. You will work with our experienced engineering staff and our customer's staff to provide highly engineered, optimized designs of Off-Road equipment using state of the art engineering tools.Our customer's facility is a world-class engineering and manufacturing center. These are full time positions that are indefinite in duration with opportunity for professional growth, direct hire by our customer, and opportunity within our own organization.Supplier Quality EngineerA strategic supplier quality engineer will utilize quality tools, process knowledge, and quality system knowledge to validate supplier capability prior to supplied parts entering production. - They will also establish trends with suppliers and use these trends to help with sourcing decisions. - Trends will also be used to improve critical suppliers' quality systems.Responsibilities

• Develop PFMEAs, facilitate supplier design reviews, and review PPAP packages
• Execute engineering workflow activities to support design and process changes
• Record, track, and verify cross functional non-conformance corrective actions
• Identify internal manufacturing processes for improvement opportunities
• Investigate, contain and resolve non-conforming product quality issuesRequirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline (Mechanical Preferred) -
  • Strong communication skills with all forms of communication
  • Ability to travel up to 25%Desired Attributes
    • Understanding of Quality Systems
    • Commodity specific knowledge of plastics and/or weldments
