Job Description Job Description Field Supervisor – Cedar Rapids Installation Team Location: Cedar Rapids, IA Pay Range: $27–$30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) We are seeking a Field Supervisor to lead and support our Cedar Rapids Installation team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, high-quality installations, and a safe, professional work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide reliable daily presence and leadership for the installation team. Deliver clear morning direction, including crew assignments, scope, goals, and expectations. Own scheduling, manpower planning, equipment allocation, and subcontractor coordination. Maintain active field oversight to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to installation standards. Coach and develop Lead Installers, Installers, and Junior Installers. Communicate proactively with installation teams, Project Managers, and leadership. Escalate issues promptly with proposed solutions. Ensure disciplined end-of-day follow-through, including updates, schedule adjustments, and documentation. Enforce safety protocols, professionalism, and Pigott installation standards. Take full accountability for performance in the Cedar Rapids market. What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Experience in installation or construction environments preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
