Learn more at www.Crothall.com. Job Summary Assists with the day-to-day upkeep, maintenance and smooth operation of the hospital buildings and campus. Repairs, maintains and assists in the general construction, cabinet work, Hanging doors/door repair, drywall finishing, flooring, painting, etc. This is a 1st Shift 7am to 3:30pm M-F schedule. Responsibilities: Provides quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail. Performs minor repairs to doors, fixtures and furniture. Makes adjustments and doors, drywall, flooring and fixtures. Monitors building security and safety Notifies managers about the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Provides painting services at all sites. Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Qualifications: 5 plus ears carpentry or construction experience High school diploma/GED required Excellent follow-up and customer service skills Excellent communication skills
