About the Role As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher , you’ll be the friendly, professional voice our customers rely on. You’ll manage incoming calls, schedule service, dispatch technicians, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls professionally Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians Manage work orders and customer follow-ups Support sales and marketing efforts Monitor maintenance schedules and warranties Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly technician schedules Work closely with management to meet goals Help maintain a positive, team-focused culture What We’re Looking For Positive attitude with strong phone skills Customer service or administrative experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office Team player who can also work independently Why Aire Serv?
